Wellesley College, a leader in liberal arts education, officially re-launched its editorial website, the Wire.
Base developed the Wire as a platform that is by and for the Wellesley students. It is a space where they can post their experiences, opinions and stories. The system allows the student body to easily upload videos, pictures, audio recordings and writings.
In the second generation of the site, we maintained the horizontal navigation and made the design more clean and the content more legible. In order to develop a sense of community and on-site engagement, we incorporated social media onto the Wire.
Base Design is currently working on the graphic pieces and on the communication strategy implementation ordered by Bankia for two of their music festivals: Gospel Festival & the Flamenco Festival which will be taking place soon in Madrid.

Today is the 150 Klimt Anniversary.
We are excited to launch the new perfume of Women’secret. For the perfume bottle we have worked with renowned product designer Martín Azúa. The campaign was shot by photographer Enric Galcerán. Stay tuned for a few short movies we have made to promote the fragrance.

Amit Agarwal. First person to become a professional blogger in India.
In 2004 before Amit became a well-known blogger, he worked for banks such as ADP, Goldman Sachs & Merrill Lynch. He is also a personal technology columnist at The Wall Street Journal India and writes for The Financial Express.
He is a regular speaker for technology and blogging conferences. Microsoft awarded him the Most Valuable Professional award for five years in a row (2007-2011). In 2010, Amit launched India Blog School, a non-profit initiative that aims at spreading the blogging culture in India.

El pasado mes de octubre se inauguraba en el edificio de la OCAM la exposición “Mind The Gap”, una recopilación de 8 años de concursos de arquitectura para la ciudad de Madrid.
El vídeo recoge el proceso de creación y retos por los que pasó la conceptualización del diseño, adaptado todo a los dos factores condicionantes principales: el escaso timing y el presupuesto ajustado disponibles para el proyecto.
